Michael Knight announce album launch
Michael Knight launch their new album in the Sugar Club, Dublin next week.
The Berlin/Dublin-based group Michael Knight – that's Richard Murphy and friends – are launching their sophomore album I'm Not Entirely Clear How I Ended Up Like This on May 3 in Dublin's Sugar Club.
Support on the night comes from Hot Press scribe (and damn fine musician) Patrick Freyne, and Mackerel the Cat. Tickets are €10 on the door.
Michael Knight also play several dates in support of iLikETRAiNS, at Roisin Dubh, Galway (May 8), Cyprus Avenue, Cork (May 9), and Crawdaddy, Dublin (May 10).
Check out the band's MySpace for more details (and – we kid you not – an alphabetised list of influences which includes Allianz Direct, Fair City and Gaudí): www.myspace.com/michaelknightie
