Simple Kid leads first Nokia Trends Lab night

It features Cork one-man band Simple Kid, hotshot New Yorkers White Rabbits and Halves whose eponymous debut EP is available now from Tower and Road Records in Dublin.
If they sound kind of familiar, that’s because the Dubliners used to trade in a slightly different configuration as Skylight.
Also in the pipeline is a major Nokia Trends Lab presence at the Electric Picnic – artists and interactive elements to be announced soon – and bi-monthly Tripod gigs that will alternate with more shows at Crawdaddy.
