Vyvienne Long releases debut solo record

Along with three originals – ‘They’re Not Waving’, ‘Blue Carousel’ and ‘Never Leave You’ – it features her very different takes on Pharrell Williams’ ‘He Wants To Move’ and Flaming Lips’ ‘Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots Pt. 1’.
Long rounds off what’s shaping up to be a very good year with a December 28 visit to Dublin’s Temple Bar Music Centre, which will feature no fewer than three cello players.
