Franz U-turn on album name

They've now christened their sophomore effort You Could Have It So Much Better…With Franz Ferdinand.
Explains Alex Kapranos: “We were sitting around, putting together the running order for all the songs and one of us said, ‘Ah, it’s a shame we didn’t give the album a title.’
“And we thought, ‘Well, we haven’t released it yet. Why not give it a title?’ So that’s what we did.”
With, it must be said, scant thought for the “no title” story Hot Press ran with previously.
“We changed our minds,” the singer laughs dismissively. “We’re allowed to do whatever the fuck we want when we want.”
Franz had better watch out for the HP sniper on August 24 when they play Lansdowne Road with the Scissor Sisters, Maroon 5 and Jem!
