All White on the night?

The word on the industry grapevine this week is that Meg White of The White Stripes may be joining the Soledad Brothers on December 6 when they play Dublin's DA Club 2.

Reveals a well-placed source: "Meg is dating one of the band and travelling with them on the current tour. She's already played drums at a couple of gigs, so there's a fair chance of her doing the same in the DA Club."

What brother and/or husband Jack White will make of it is anyone's guess.
As reported in the last issue of Hot Press, the Detroit bruddahs have been causing a major stir Stateside, with MC5 legend John Sinclair among their most ardent fans.
