It means Bicycle Music are now in charge of the ex-Beatle's extensive back catalogue.
Songs including 'While My Guitar Gently Weeps', 'Something', 'Here Comes The Sun' and 'What Is Life' all make their way over to Bicycle Music as the late Beatles' estate believed the record company were the best fit in keeping the guitarists' work alive.
“Dhani (Harrison) and I are happy to embark on this new partnership with Bicycle Music, and we are excited that Bicycle is truly enthusiastic about such a wide variety of music,” Olivia Harrison, Harrison’s widow said in a statement.
According to the announcement, the Harrison Estate selected Bicycle to bring new creative opportunities for exploiting the catalog.

“I could never have imagined growing up on the songs of George Harrison that I would someday have the privilege and responsibility of caring for these enduring works,” Bicycle CEO Jake Wisely said in a statement. “These songs are a music publisher’s dream.”
The deal also includes the works of his son Dhani Harrison, as well some songs from artists like Splinter and the Stairsteps on Dark Horse Records; and certain songs of Ravi Shankar.
