Duo will unveil album next week
David Lyttle's recent MOBO nomination underlined his remarkable quality, and he's now bringing his drumming skills and artistry to a new project along with another familiar face.
The solo moniker of former And So I Watch You From Afar man Tony Wright, VerseChorusVerse had popped into Lyttle's studio in Derry; following lengthy bonding sessions over singer-songwriters, the blues and hip-hop, the pair were making an album. Completed simply - using just two microphones - Say And Do took just 14 hours to record.
The first taste has been unveiled in the shape of 'No Window', and we must admit to being pretty taken with what we're hearing! Give it a spin below, in anticipation for the album which is unleashed on November 20.
