What's on my Mind

Disappointingly not a fresh musical venture from erstwhile Jim’ll Fix It supremo, Jimmy Saville, this is nonetheless a supremely accomplished slice of catchy quirk-pop from the veteran Dublin outfit.

Disappointingly not a fresh musical venture from erstwhile Jim’ll Fix It supremo, Jimmy Saville, this is nonetheless a supremely accomplished slice of catchy quirk-pop from the veteran Dublin outfit. Imagine, if you can, early 70s Bowie leaping in a time machine, arriving in latter-day Brighton and crooning a lovelorn lyric over a prime piece of electro-pop by the vastly under-appreciated Electric Soft Parade, and you’re well on the way to comprehending this tune’s delightfully eccentric charms.
