My recovery injection
One of the most criminally under-rated British bands of the last few years, perhaps the Biffies’ moment is finally arriving.
One of the most criminally under-rated British bands of the last few years, perhaps the Biffies’ moment is finally arriving. Their last single, ‘Glitter And Trauma’ gave them their highest ever chart position, and if there’s any justice, ‘My Recovery Injection’ should improve on that. Twiddly guitar bits and chunky bass riffs set the tone for another stop-start, staccato, call-and-response journey through classic indie songwriting, with enough time changes to baffle a clockmaker. Bodes extremely well for their imminent third album
