We talked to David and Paul of the nation's finest horn-blowing collective to see what they're excited about as they hit Stradbally today.
""We're opening the Other Voices stage at 4pm, and that's going to be great. We played there last year, and it's just an incredible space to do a gig. That stage has some quality stuff for the rest of the day too; Saint Sister are always great, and Rusangano Family are amazing live. It's mostly Irish bands that we're interested in seeing, so we'll be spending a lot of time around the fringes. Ye Vagabonds are playing as well, we'll definitely be checking them out."
"Todd Terje should be a lot of fun in the Electric Arena at 9pm, but we also really want to see the Concert Orchestra play with Jenny Greene in Rankin's Wood at the same time; they're playing a load of 90s hits apparently, and that's a really interesting idea. The BBC Proms did something similar last year, and it worked really well."

"It's good to see Stomptown Brass playing the Salty Dog too – keeping the brass flag flying!
Mind, we're all playing a few gigs with other people throughout the weekend – our Electric Picnic ends at 3am Monday morning! We don't have much lined up for the week after, put it that way."
