History is not something to be afraid of
When Dave Grohl sat down to decide how the next Foo Fighters album shuld sound, he was drawn inexorably back into the past. With producer Butch Vig at the console, a commitment to analogue and Kris Novoselic guesting on a track that might be a requiem for Kurt Cobain it comes closer than anything the band have ever done before, to chanelling the spirit of Nevermind. Now with a tour on the way, they’re looking forward to rocking Oxegen.
