DAVID GRAY, the much-acclaimed Welsh singer-songwriter, will play two Irish dates in early February.
Gray received numerous album of the year accolades for his debut album, A Century Ends, and is now busy recording the follow-up.
Gray will probably be best known to Irish audiences from his numerous video appearances on No Disco. In fact, the reaction to these performances was so great that a huge demand for the album ensued, and he is now one of the most hotly-tipped artists on either side of the Atlantic.

A recent tour of the US brought further success and he has been hailed by Rolling Stone as one of the 90’s most inspired and passonate songwriters, earning the approval of Michael Stipe and Bob Dylan along the way.
David Gray will be accompanied by Neil McColl, son of Ewan and sister of Kirsty, for each of his Irish shows, with support provided by John Hegarty. He plays Whelans in Dublin on Friday February 4th and the Triskel Arts Centre in Cork late night on Saturday 5th.
