Irish duo Glenn&Ronan have today released their new single 'All of the Stars' and have announced that they will perform at the US-Ireland Alliance’s annual Oscar Wilde Awards on 23 February 2017 at J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Studios in Santa Monica.
The duo will open for Glen Hansard, who is also being honoured at the event, while J.J. Abrams, the acclaimed director, will emcee.
Glenn Murphy and Ronan Scolard have had an incredible year. In March, a video of their performance of an Adele medley went viral, racking up over 25 million views and leading to an invitation to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Then Adele invited them on stage to perform the medley at her sold-out Dublin show. That was followed by months of performing sold out shows across North America as special guests for Celtic Woman.
Glenn&Ronan released their debut single, “Come Home”, in September and today, on iTunes, release “All Of The Stars”, by Ed Sheeran and Johnny McDaid of Snow Patrol. Produced in Ireland by Chris O’Brien and Graham Murphy for Liffey Records, the single showcases the duo’s stunning vocal talents.
