The charity released a statement ahead of their appearance in court:
Apollo House faces the High Court at 10.30am - we need your Support to resist this crisis.
Apollo House which currently houses 35 residents who would otherwise be sleeping on the streets faces threat of closure in Dublin's High Court tomorrow at 10.30am.
Activists and residents call on all support to join them outside the Courts to show support and help us to keep this building open for those in need of shelter. Mazars Receivers apopointed by NAMA have ordered the building to be vacated and lie empty again.
Apollo House was opened up 5 days ago by housing activists to house homeless people safely. Since the first day it has housed over 35 residents who would otherwise be sleeping on the streets.

It has seen hundreds of ordinary people volunteer their time and experience to make this building a home for those who need it as well as phenomenal support from all over the country.
Apollo House believes this public support has not only turned the building into a symbol of resistance to the housing crisis and its causes, but has drawn on years of work done by different communities to light the spark of a major housing movement in this country.
All at Apollo House call on everyone who resists this crisis to stand with them tomorrow at 10.30am outside Dublin's High Court.
