World Cup predictions: Chris Urbanowicz, Editors

In which prominent musicians fondle their crystal balls and deliver their World Cup predictions.

, 27 Jun 2006

Who Apart From England Would You Like To Win The World Cup?

Brazil, because bottom line they’re the best team in it. I’m a bit worried, though, that Argentina might nick it. I’m not a man to bear grudges, but that wanker Maradona!

Who will be the competition’s key player?

If my fears turn out to be justified, Messi and the latest in Argentina’s long line of shit-hot number 10s, Carlos Tevez.

First And/or Most Abiding World Cup Memory?

Owen’s goal in ’98 against Argentina. Did he dive before that for the penalty? Course he did, it was ‘The Dive Of God’. I watched it at home with my dad, and we both had a little cry when we lost on penalties.
