ODi headlines Green & Live show
The Wexford singer also has her debut album ready to roll.
Wexford songstress ODi is the headliner on October 29 as the Green & Live stage another of their excellent free gigs Upstairs at Dolan’s.
The date coincides with the release of her debut Maslow’s Songbook album, which was produced by Karl Odlum and features musical input from Colm Mac Iomaire and Ronan O Snodaigh.
The lead single, ‘Red Light’, is already enjoying healthy RTE Radio One airplay while the flip, ‘You Win But You Lose’, will soon be gracing an episode of The Clinic.
Compered by Alan Jacques whose excellent show goes out on Limerick Live 95FM every Friday from 10pm to midnight, the bill also features local acts Jennifer Evans & The Ripe Intent – we’re loving the name! – and Si.
Meanwhile, ODi also has upcoming shows in The Punt Bar, Drogheda (October 2); Bewley’s Café Theatre, Dublin (25); Sarsfield’s, Drogheda (November 6); McCarthy’s, Dingle (13); Roundy’s, Tralee (14); Brazil’s Cafe Bar, Clonmel (25 + Mundy); The Vine, Wexford (27); NUIG Sessions, Galway (December 1); and Gibson Guitar Showcase Rooms, London (10).
