First Friday returns to The Academy on October 2 with an indie-fest headlined by Carrickmacross four-piece The Flaws and Dublin's The Chakras. Also on the bill are up-and-coming guitar-pop heroes Saville.

After the bands, Phantom DJs Richie McCormack and Richie Ryan will take on mix table duties.

Doors open at 8pm and admission is free before 10pm, €5 after that. Early arrival is recommended to guarantee entry.
