There's also a post-RDS bounce for The Boss.
Black-Eyed Peas claim the top spot in the Irish singles charts this week with 'I Gotta Feeling'. They're just ahead of last week's number one, French DJ David Guetta's 'When Love Takes Over', which features former RnB diva Kelly Rowland in her new Cascada-esque incarnation. It's been a good week for cheesy eurodance – Cascada themselves are at number three with 'Evacuate The Dancefloor'.
Meanwhile, Michael Jackson's posthumous conquest of the album charts continues. The Essential Michael Jackson is at number one, while Thriller, History and Bad are also in the top 10.
There have been a number of gig-related surges in album sales, after last weekend's festival action. Not to mention Bruce Springsteen's show at the RDS - the Boss's sixteenth studio album, Working On A Dream, has climbed 11 places to 22. The Script are back in the top ten, after their main stage appearance at Oxegen. And the Killer's third studio album, Day And Age, is back in the top twenty after languishing at 31 last week.
