Road Records benefit gig
Friends and fans of the shop are looking to secure its future.
Attempts to save Dublin’s Road Records gather apace with a One For The Road “benefit and celebration” being staged in Andrew’s Lane Theatre on March 14. Tickets are €20.
Among those confirmed to play are Jape, The Jimmy Cake, Si Schroeder, Colm Mac Con Iomaire, Adrian Crowley, The Large Corporation (a.k.a. The Dudley Corporation vs. Large Mound) and the Road DJs.
Details are also emerging of an investment club being formed by friends and fans of the shop, which is looking to secure Road’s future in its present Fade Street, Dublin 2 location.
