The RTÉ 2fm School Of Rock competition makes its final call for entries this weekend at The Music Show.
This weekend at The Music Show you'll have the chance to chat to the judges of the RTÉ 2fm school band competition, School Of Rock, as they make their last call for entries.
The panel of judges includes RTÉ 2fm DJs Larry Gogan and Cormac Battle, and frontman of Concerto for Constantine, Mark Greaney, all of whom will be on hand to offer advice to young bands and solo acts.
You'll also be able to talk to last year's winners, Derry's Future Chaser, who will be playing live acoustic sessions on Saturday and Sunday.
Over the course of the weekend, 2fm will broadcast live from the RDS, featuring performances from The Blizzards on Ruth Scott's Saturday Show (12pm-3pm) and The Coronas, who'll be on Larry Gogan's show on Sunday (2-5pm).
There'll also be acoustic sets from the likes of Ham Sandwich, Mark Greaney and Jaded Sun who'll be playing at the 2fm stand.

Top 2fm DJs Dan Hegarty, Jenny Huston and Jenny Greene will be stopping by to answer questions and share their knowledge of the industry, and Mr Mark Greaney will be hosting sofa chats from 10am each morning.
To enter the School Of Rock, bring a demo along to The Music Show at the RDS on October 4-5 and stop by the 2fm stand, or check out rte.ie/2fm/schoolofrock.
The top five bands will be chosen to compete at five regional heats, with one band from each heat making it into the final. Up for grabs for the winner is €10,000 worth of equipment, recording time, a professional photoshoot, an interview with Hot Press, and more.
