Lou Reed adds Dublin show
Already confirmed for Cork and Belfast, Lou Reed will now join the cast of Hal Wilner's Rogue's Gallery event at the Dublin Docklands this July.
Lou Reed is the latest big name to be confirmed for Hal Willner’s Rogue’s Gallery extravaganza, which takes place in Dublin Docklands on July 18 as part of the Analog festival.
Along with Teddy Thompson, Waterson: Carthy, Gavin Friday, Peru Ubu’s David Thomas, Julie Fowlis, Baby Gramps, Ed Harcourt, Rachel Unthank and The Winterset, the 68-year-old will be belting out a song or three from the Wilner assembled Rogue’s Gallery: Pirate Ballads, Sea Songs And Chanteys album.
Tickets are €49.95.
He also plays Cork Live At The Marquee on June 23 (tickets between €54.80 and €65.70) and the Waterfront, Belfast on June 24 (tickets from £49-£55). Some tickets are still available for both dates, on sale from Ticketmaster and usual outlets.
