Tommy Fleming suing record label
Irish tenor Tommy Fleming is suing his record label in a dispute over royalties.
The former De Dannan member is suing Louth-based Clann Records over ownership of some of his old material. He's released a number of albums and DVDs on the 'boutique' record label, which was established in 2001 by Seoirse MacAnna.
The matter is due before the High Court today (Monday).
