Pet Shop Boys confirmed for Some Days Never End
The full lineup for the Some Days Never End festival has been announced.
Confirming earlier speculation, the Pet Shop Boys have been confirmed as one of the acts to take to the stage over the seven-day event, making their first Dublin appearance in ten years.
The full lineup for the festival is now confirmed as follows:
Thursday October 25 - Groove Armada + Dizzee Rascal (tickets €44.95)
Friday October 26 - Jose Gonzales & Duke Special (tickets €40)
Saturday October 27 - Pet Shop Boys (tickets €49.55)
Tuesday October 30 - Buena Vista Social Club Presents: Guajiro Mirabel, Cach Cachaíto López, Manuel Galbán, Aguaje Ramos + Kila (tickets €35)
Wednesday October 31 - The Frames + John Cale Acoustimatic Band (tickets €39)
All concerts will take place in a heated tent pitched in the grounds of the Royal Hospital Kilmainham, the home of the Irish Museum of Modern Art. Besides the musical performances, Some Days Never End will also pay tribute to Andy Warhol’s renowned New York creative space, the 'Silver Factory', on the 20th anniversary of the artist’s death.
