Foo Fighters reveal new album details
Fresh from rocking Live Earth, the Foo Fighters have announced details of their highly anticipated new album.
Echoes, Silence, Patience and Grace is due for release this September.
Irish fans can hope to hear a preview from this, their sixth studio album, when the lads play Marlay Park, Dublin, on August 22, with Nine Inch Nails in support.
One treat set to be in store for fans is the inclusion of 'The Ballad of the Beaconsfield Miners' . Dave Grohl penned this song as a tribute to two Tasmanian mine-workers who were trapped underground for two weeks in 2006. While waiting to be rescued the workers asked to listen to Foo Fighters' music.
