Vis-onic multimedia festival for Northern Ireland

Multimedia fans are in for a treat this month as a new music/art/film/technology festival debuts in the North.

A triumph of Padre Pio-style bilocation, the Vis-onic action is taking place simultaneously in Belfast, Coleraine and Derry.

The numerous highlights include:

Saturday February 12 – VJ Workshop conducted by Coldcut's Matt Black @ The Nerve Centre, Derry
Wednesday February 16 – Dinabird & Jopostereo @ The University of Ulster, Coleraine
Friday February 18 – Soul Jazz Sound System, Jerry Dammers & David Holmes @ Spring & Airbrake, Belfast
Sunday February 20 – Domino Records Night featuring Hood & Pram @ Spring & Airbrake, Belfast
