Word has reached us that our current '100 GREATEST IRISH ALBUMS' issue is flying off the shelves. We've had to restock several newsagents already - and while we'll endeavour to manage supply as best we can, it's clear that it's going to become tough to track down!
It's a testament to the unique nature of the "Top 100 Irish Albums Poll". The albums were chosen by over 100 members of the Irish music fraternity, including the likes of The Frames, Ash, Cathy Davey and Thin Lizzy (to name just a very small few). Not only that; but we've talked to the likes of Kevin Shields to get the stories behind the albums.
So hotfoot it to the nearest newsagent or magazine emporium as quick as you can before this collectors item sells out. No doubt the arguments will rage over what should (and shouldn't!) have been included and WHO YOU THINK deserved the number 1 spot; you won't be able to join in unless you've got the issue. Then, after you've read what the musicians picked, don't forget to vote for your top Irish album here on hotpress.com
