Funnyman's tour will end as it started
Having kicked off his Limboland tour in The Olympia in October, Bill Bailey has announced that the same venue shall host the final dates of the jaunt.
A pair of shows in September will bring down the curtain on the show, a flight of whimsy and fantasy that's tickled more than its fair share of ribs thus far.
Mr B also had us blushing something wicked when he explained why he's making his way back to the capital, saying: "There is a unique warmth to an Irish audience. I know this sounds like some old guff people say all the time to be nice to you, but it is 100 per cent true. The Olympia is one of the best places I’ve ever played in. I’ve never done a room with so many friendly nutters and brilliant hecklers."
Never have we been so proud of being called nutters...
Limboland returns to the Dame Street theatre on September 11 and 12; tickets, priced at €27, are on sale from Friday.
