JDIFF screening for Shoulder The Lion
Documentary - which includes focus on Graham Sharpe - set for Irish premiere
A documentary which includes a special focus on KnockanStockan music director Graham Sharpe - will make its Irish bow during the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival.
Shoulder The Lion is a film turning the camera on three people who have suffered unique tragedies - Sharpe, whose hearing problems left him unable to play music; Alice Wingwall, a blind photographer; and Katie Dallam, the inspiration for Million Dollar Baby.
The lives of the artists are presented, and questions are asked; the answers, however, are up to the viewer to figure out.
It screens at the Parnell Street Cineworld as part of JDIFF; showtime is 6pm on March 26.
