Having kicked off the year with their critically acclaimed debut album To Lose My Life,/i>, White Lies have gone on to win various awards, including Best New Act at the Q Awards and Best New Band at the NME's.

They'll finish off 2009 with a series of gigs, including two Irish dates with the Heineken Green Spheres, Dublin's Academy on 9, and Cork's Opera House on 10 December. Tickets are free, and will be available from www.heinekenmusic.ie shortly.

Compared to pop rockers MGMT, Neon Indian have been picked up on the hipster radars of websites Pitchfork and Yellow Stereo and hailed as one of the pop outfits to watch for 2010.

Also on the bill is Danish five piece The Kissaway Trail who have been supporting Passion Pit on their European tour.
