After talk of a reunion at Keating’s wedding last year the duo have confirmed they will go on tour in October
Boyzone and Westlife are coming together to make every ‘90s teenage girl’s dreams come true. That’s right, the two boybands are following in the footsteps of McBusted and forming supergroup ‘Boyzlife’.
Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy have officially announced that the collaboration will be kicked off with a UK tour in October.
For the moment ‘Boyzlife’ will only consist of the aforementioned duo but according to McFadden there is a definite possibility that more members could join the reunion , "We could end up adding more people to the next one. Right now this is about me and Keith but the door is always open.”
It seems unlikely however that Ronan Keating will be joining them any time soon, owing to his own solo career and his Australian The Voice gig.

Likewise Shane Filan and Mark Feehily both have solo careers on the go, while Kian Egan mentors on The Voice of Ireland and Nicky Byrne presents his own 2FM show.
The new formation will be funded by hotel group Hilton and will see the duo perform a a mix of classic tunes from both bands back catalogues'.
The 12 date tour could lead to some original music according to Duffy, "It might end up on TV and we’ll record a documentary of it. We might end up writing some songs together”.
