The big reveal came complete with a new single.
Two Door Cinema Club have revealed details of their upcoming third album, Gameshow. The band also premiered their new single 'Are We Ready? (Wreck)' on Annie Mac's BBC Radio 1 show last night.
Gameshow is the first full length studio album from the Derry indie rockers since 2012's Beacon. They released their debut album Tourist History in 2010.
U2, Bloc Party and REM producer Jacknife Lee worked with TDCC on the new material in Los Angeles. Gameshow will be released via Parlophone records on October 14.
Fans have been giving their reaction to the new single online.

The band has described the new single as their way of "rebelling against consumerism" and frontman Alex Trimble cited Prince and David Bowie as major influences on the record. We’re not embracing the pop that’s going on now in a melodic or structural sense. "The two biggest influences for me were Prince and Bowie". Stream "Are We Ready (Wreck)' below.
