Cavan teens The Strypes return to the scene of their April triumph for a special Christmas party to cap off a fine 2014 for the band.
Ross, Josh, Pete and Evan will play the newly-renovated Academy on December 10. You can get your tickets, priced at €25, from 9am this Friday morning.
When last we saw the lads, we learnt that they reckon Hozier is "way too tall", the main perk of being in The Strypes is that you "never have to pay for socks" and that they're not interested in celebrity or cliched rock 'n' roll partying.
