The North Dubliners are looking forward to an intimate hometown gig this Friday August 12 as they build up to Reading and Leeds.
"Were really looking forward to playing the sugar club on Friday with a full acoustic set as were told it's the perfect venue for an acoustic intimate gig," says the band's rapper Sean Arkins.
"One of us (Robert Burch) had the pleasure of seeing another act there and said the sound was fantastic when it came to stripping it back and just using a guitar."
The rise and rise of The Original Rudeboys continues this August with gigs all over the country, including The Rose Of Tralee Festival on August 21, before they head over to the UK for the Reading Festival on August 26 and the Leeds Festival on August 28.
Only formed in March, The Original Rudeboys' blend of hip hop and acoustic folk has received over 100,000 views on YouTube, an Oxegen appearance, as well as spots at the coveted Leeds and Reading festivals.
