Yet another industry expert added to stellar event.
Stephen King will pass on the benefit of his 30 years experience in the music management business when he takes part in The Music Show 2010 in the RDS, Dublin on October 2 and 3.
King launched Ricochet Management in 1980, where he represented artists such as The Lighthouse Family, Dina Carroll, Urban Species, Incognito, and many more.
In 2002, along with Alan McGee, he founded Creation Management. A music management group widely acknowledged amongst its peers to be one of the most innovative in the sector, Creation's impressive roster included Mogwai, The Charlatans, The Libertines, Kathryn Williams, Dirty Pretty Things, The Beta Band and The Kills. Whilst at Creation Stephen also ran Poptones Records and consulted to The Hives.
In 2010 Stephen joined Believe Digital as Managing Director for the UK. Believe Digital is the leading digital distributor and services provider for independent artists & labels in Europe. It provides bespoke digital solutions starting with distribution and incorporating promotion, marketing, strong analytics and sales data that allows labels to react to Market intelligence.

The Music Show, presented by Hot Press in association with RTE 2fm, runs from October 2nd-3rd in The RDS, Dublin. Saturday 2nd October 10 am - 6.30 pm, Sunday 3rd October 11 am - 6.30 pm.
