Produced by the Aerosmith and The Fray man, Warren Huart, ‘Save Me’ comes with a beautiful sleeve design
The Matthews have revealed the artwork for their upcoming single ‘Save Me’. The track was recorded in LA with Aerosmith and The Fray engineer and producer Warren Huart at the controls.
The video for the record was launched yesterday on hotpress.com. A story video, it was shot by photographer Beatrix and directed by the band’s bassist and keyboard player Art Matthews. It stars actors Laura O’Kelly, Danny Murphy, Katie O’Brien and Molly Corbet.
Now Hot Press takes an exclusive look at the artwork for the single, which was created by the band’s songwriter-in-chief and guitarist, Max Matthews. Gorgeous in its simplicity, it depicts a heart shaped by two hands touching. The hand-written title suggests the vulnerability of a note scrawled on a piece of paper by someone in need to help.
