The band will play on the 7th, 8th and 9th of January following their sold out Olympia show.
To cope with the huge demand for tickets from their fans, The Coronas have just announced three shows at The Academy in Dublin this January on the 7th, 8th and 9th. The 7th and 8th January shows will be over 18’s with an all ages show on Saturday the 9th.
Tickets are priced from €17.50 including booking fee and are on sale this Friday 6 November at 9am.
The Coronas' brand new album, Tony Was An Ex-Con, is out now and features the smash hit single ‘Listen Dear’. The album was recorded over six weeks in the prestigious Sawmills studio in Cornwall, where the band teamed up with esteemed producer John Cornfield (Muse, Razorlight, Oasis).
The title track from the album comes from an incredible story about the lads on tour in America, involving a psychotic bus driver who left the entire entourage fearing for their lives.

“It’s funny looking back at it now, but at the time it was really quite scary”, says drummer Conor Egan. Says McPhillips, “The song was one of the first new songs that set us off on the writing spree that led to the entire record, so it felt like the right title.”
