Band recalls experiences of growing up in Belfast when explaining why the show must go on
Punk icons Stiff Little Fingers have confirmed that a show scheduled for Paris tonight will go ahead as planned.
Many high-profile acts have postponed or cancelled gigs in the wake of Friday night's atrocities - U2, Foo Fighters and Prince among them.
In a statement on Facebook, however, the Belfast rockers stated that their experiences of growing up in Belfast had steeled their resolve to stop politics and the threat of violence to affect their shows, and that - with the cooperation of their promoters - the show will indeed go on.
