The eccentric Aussie knocks the American off the top spot
The mysterious singer Sia has jumped to Number 1 on the singles chart.
'Cheap Thrills', featuring Jamaican dancehall and reggae pop artist, Sean Paul, is taken from Sia's seventh studio album entitled This Is Acting. The No. 1 single has been on the Irish Singles Chart for 6 weeks and this week, knocked Mike Posner's 'I Took A Pill In Ibiza' from the top spot.

'Cheap Thrills' was originally written by Sia and Greg Kurstin for Rihanna, but the pop star rejected the track. It's worked out well for the wig-wearing artist, as she entered the top 10 19 times in 19 different countries around the world.
