Abysmally atrocious corporate metal-lite monstrosity.
For this writer, Shinedown’s third album symbolises everything that’s wrong with mainstream hard rock at the moment. Full of compressed, lazy riffs and lame melodies, Shinedown’s corporate cheese-fest is about as dangerous as a two-week-old three-legged kitten.
