Self-styled purveyors of atomsfolk, Morgan MacIntyre and Gemma Doherty have come an awfully long way in the year they’ve been together with a couple of choice Will Butler and San Fermin supports, and what many reckon to have been the standout Hard Working Class Heroes showcase set.
They’re supporting Wyvern Lingo in Dolan’s, Limerick (November 22); Spirit Store, Dundalk (26) and Kavanagh’s, Portlaoise (27) and then do the honours for the resurgent O Emperor in the Roisin Dubh, Galway (28) and The Pavillion, Cork (December 3).
With industry interest on both sides of the Irish Sea, 2016 is theirs for the taking.
