The Hollywood hunk will star alongside the award winning Russell Crowe
American movie star and hunk Ryan Gosling has confirmed that he will star in Blade Runner 2.
The first Blade Runner film was released over 20 years ago in 1982 and was directed by Ridley Scott, starring Harrison Ford.
Gosling revealed that he is looking forward to working with filmmaker Shane Black and his Oscar winning co-star, Russell Crowe.
The Hollywood star told American entertainment giant Collider, "I don't know what to say. It's Shane Black. He's a world unto himself and his world is so fun and crazy. I had such a great time."
Gosling was careful not to reveal any details about the plot, however, he did tell Collider that Crowe's character in the film will have a sense of humour.
"Russell Crowe is so funny in the movie, and I can't wait for people to see that. It's a side of himself that he doesn't show very often, and it's hysterical," finished Gosling.
