The pop star's performing for two very good causes.
Robbie Williams has announced a September 14 show in the Dublin O2 in aid of Unicef and Childline.
The last time Robbie played a solo gig here was at Croke Park in 2006 as part of his Close Encounter tour. After an onstage technical malfunction, he promised to play a non-profit show here to make up – and now duly delivers.
With demand guaranteed to outstrip supply, fans have up until midnight on Sunday September 2 to pre-register for tickets at http://tickets.robbiewilliams.com.
Names will then be selected at random, with the lucky 7,000 available to buy a pair of tickets by midday on Tuesday September 4 for between €35 and €45.
In addition to his massive back catalogue of hits, Robbie will be showcasing his new single, ‘Losers’, and its as-yet-untitled album which is due in October.
