Foley & JP make shock Today FM departure
In one of the year’s big radio stories, Ray Foley and JP are leaving Today FM to take-over the Dublin 98FM breakfast slot recently vacated by Aidan Power and Claire Solan.

During his six years with the national broadcaster, Foley picked up numerous PPI and Meteor Awards, successfully made the transition to TV with the Irish version of Take Me Out and lent his name to a best-selling rock compilation.
Insisting that it’s “not a money thing”, the 32-year-old says he’s been itching to present a breakfast show, although admits the thought of going head-to-head with now former colleague Ian Dempsey is “terrifying.”
As for who’ll take-over the Today FM noon slot, the smart money is on KC who currently presents the early evening show.
