The pair say they have been tested enough.
Two claimants for the late Prince's estate have objected to taking part in a DNA test. Brianna Nelson and Jeannine Halloran claim they are related to Prince through the pop stars half-brother, Duane Nelson Senior.
Nelson claims to be the son of Duane Nelson Snr. Halloran is filling the claim on behalf of her daughter, who is too young to make it herself. The daughter can only be identified as VN because of her age.
Halloran is Nelson Snr's granddaughter which would make VN Prince's grand niece.
Now the pair have said they will not under go DNA tests as they believe they have adequately satisfied Minnesota's local laws on presumption of paternity. Prince died in April aged 57 and it was subsequently revealed he did not leave a will.
