It's taking place Saturday April 12 in Popical Island's brand new HQ.
Following an arduous spring-time refurbishment, Saturday April 12 marks the launch of Dublin bockety pop collective Popical Island’s new HQ and venue, The Pop Inn. Situated in the former location of Little Green Gallery on the Capital’s Little Britian Street, the new venue is poised to be an invaluable new BYOB space for Ireland’s ever-growing DIY scene.
First on the agenda, the good people at Popical Island have put together a triple-header in celebration of the launch of Ginnels’ latest full length A Country Life. Fresh off the success of a recent Spanish mini-tour, Mark Chester and rest of Ginnels’ indie-pop glitterati have invited typically morose Derry-man Christian Donaghey of Autumns and Upstart shoe-gazers Galants to provide support. All of this for the meagre price of €10 on the door or €15 with an LP.
Doors are at 8pm and it is, of course, BYOB.
