The late rocker's mother talks about the worldwide adoration of her son, her joy upon seeing The Philip Lynott Exhibition and explains the project, which aims to make Philip Lynott: Still In Love With You (The Book of the Exhibition) a reality.
Still In Love With You: The Philip Lynott Exhibition opened in Dublin in March 2011 to rave reviews and ran for an incredible 8 months. It subsequently moved to London for a successful run at the O2, before returning to Dublin for another three months. Since then, here in Hot Press, we have been inundated with calls and requests from people who want to experience the exhibition again – or who missed it and want to see it for the first time.
Now is your chance. In response to these calls, we are producing Philip Lynott: Still In Love With You (The Book of The Philip Lynott Exhibition).
A video has just been uploaded to the Pledge Music site, in which Philomena talks for the first time about the book project. The video was made by Graeme Wells of Flying Fish Creative Partners. Wells is also currently working on a documentary about the hot young Irish band, Children of the Son.

The book will feature a veritable treasure-trove of Philo memorabilia, and offer a powerful insight into the the life and work of an extraordinary artist. From lyrics books and guitars to stage costumes and Phil’s personal diary, it will bring together an extraordinary collection of personal material, to create a fascinating picture of Ireland’s first bona fide rock star.
