Irish acts will pay tribute to the Thin Lizzy man on what would have been his 63rd birthday...
Still In Love With You: The Philip Lynott Exhibition is preparing to welcome fans from across the world, as they descend on Dublin to celebrate what would have been the late rock star's 63rd birthday.
Born on August 20, 1949, Philip Lynott went on to become lead singer with the legendary Thin Lizzy and his powerful music reverberated around the world.
Having just returned from a hugely successful run in the O2 Arena in London, the Exhibition has now returned to Dublin until the end of September 2012, with a programme of events being lined up to bring additional fun and entertainment to the run.
Birthday Celebrations This Weekend...
This weekend (Saturday – Monday), the Exhibition will celebrate The Rocker's birthday – and Monday will feature an appearance by Philomena Lynott, mother of the late, great rock legend to meet fans and sign copies of her No. 1 bestseller My Boy - The Philip Lynott Story. Also keeping visitors entertained will be The International Lizzy All-Stars, featuring Jimmy Coup from Los Angeles, Brian Grace from Dublin and Satoshi Shibuta from Tokyo, brought together specially for the occasion.
