October's looking busy for the Galway venue.
Next month, Monroe's Live is the place to be with a host of fantastic gigs in the pipeline.
It all kicks off with the return of Rocktoberfest. Running October 1 – 4, an array of this country's most talented young acts will be doing their thing.
The Hot Sprockets and VANN Music were confirmed early on, and recent additions in the form of The Eskies, The Mighty Stef, The Strypes' Josh McClorey and Gypsy Rebel Rabble serve to make Galway's only indoor musical festival a very enticing prospect indeed.
Hot Press' choice of the weekend? Crow Black Chicken on Friday October 2 should be mighty fine for fans of the blues.
Weekend wristbands are €15/12 and day tickets are €10/8 online at [link]monroes.ie[/link].
Then on Sunday October 11, The Original Rudeboys will be bringing their catchy brand of indie hip-hop to the City Of The Tribes.
Tickets for the platinum-selling Dublin trio are €15/12, with family tickets priced at €40. Doors are at 6pm.
