Great live music and deals are in store from the Dawson Street retailer.
Saturday April 18 sees the eight annual Record Store Day take place and, as ever, Tower Records will be at the centre of the Irish action. They have just announced their plans for the event, which includes reduced album prices and live performances across the weekend.
From today, a 'vinyl countdown sale' takes place until April 18, offering LPs from the likes of Jape and Hozier for a mere €12.99.
On Record Store Day, they open at 8am and all have TXFM broadcasting in-store throughout the day. There will also be live music taking place on Saturday and Sunday – the likes of Mundy, The Mighty Stef, SPIES, Cry Monster Cry, Fox Jaw and Colm Mac Con Iomaire are all confirmed with more announcements on the way.
