Subscribers will be able to watch the hard-hitting drama Money & Violence and the comedy No Small Talk.
The music streaming giant Tidal is adding television programming to its service.
Jay Z's music venture will show two new series of the New York crime drama, entitled Money & Violence. Think of it as The Wire set in Brooklyn, instead of Baltimore. The realistic street-show follows a group of drug dealers and thieves, as they duck and dive in the infamous Flatbush area.
Tidal is also looking at expanding its service to show more comedy. No Small Talk features clips of established and up and coming comedians at NYC's Comedy Cellar.

“If someone is paying for Tidal, we want that to be the best experience they can have,” says Tim Riley, Tidal’s senior VP artist and label relations.
Tidal has over one million subscribers since launching last year. They currently have more than 70 exclusive music videos and short films, as well as 85,000 music videos.
